Here's how to achieve this look
EYES
Pencil in brows with Lingering Eye Brows. Highlight the browbone using Mylar Eye Shadow and a 224 Brush. Apply Royal Tour in Royal Tour Eye Trio to the whole lid and blend Fineshine in Wisteria Eye Trio to the inner portion of the lid using a 224 Brush. Create more definition to the crease by using Kid Eye Shadow and a 222 Brush for application. Coat lashes using Pitchblack Pro Longlash Mascara.

CHEEKS
Add a hint of color by applying Spectacle! High-Light Powder with a 116 Brush lightly on the cheeks and temples.

LIPS
Use Cherry Lip Pencil to fill in lips. Layer on Kanga-Rouge Lipstick using a 216 Brush followed by Possum Nose Pink Lipglass
