facial cleansers warning

I just watched an episode of "The Doctors" and I was shocked with what Dr. Ordon had said. So I thought I should share this with you..
"The alcohol content in one bottle of astringent adds up to more than 10 shot glasses of tequila."
He said that harsh astringent can dry out skin, and that skin flakes will get caught in pores and in turn cause pimple breakout. Instead you should use a toner with little to no alcohol in it.
So think twice when you use certain facial cleansers!
