Hot Tools 2" Curling Iron Review

So my curling iron arrived a few weeks ago, but I didn't really have chance to use it for a while to actually test it out properly so that's why I didn't do my review right away. Now that I've used it a few times I can actually write a review on it. I've been looking for a bigger size curling iron and I found one in a beauty supply store but they wanted 110$. So I went shopping online and I purchased this through iron experts. It came to around $70. I must say I was pretty disappointed. It does not heat up fast and even when it does, I don't think it even reaches 430F. With all my other curling irons or even flat irons at 430F my hair would just burn and be so damaged but this doesn't even produce a curl. I tried using it on freshly washed...
