Urban Decay-Naked Illuminated Aura

A little late but better late than never. I purchased this from Sephora a few months ago back in the Winter time. It was $36 plus tax Canadian. This product is light, yet sparkly and shimmer great for all over the body highlight. The only downfall is that it did not really give me the "highlight" effect I was hoping to get for my face. It's more glittery/sparkly which can be used for  eyeshadow or all over body application. The package is really cute and comes with a small mirror built inside and a small brush. Overall, the price may be a little too high for some. I would not recommend it for a "highlighter" but if want to use it as an eyeshadow or for all over the body then you can definitely use this product.
Pros: Shiny, light, shimmery, glittery great for all over the body or even eyeshadow, cute package, vegan
Cons: Not recommended as a highlighter which I bought it for, pretty expensive

Rimmel Wonder' lash mascara with Argan Oil

I thought this mascara might be good because it's made with Argan oil but I was not too impressed. I was under impression that it would condition my lashes but it was pretty dry and it didn't really make much difference to my eyelashes. One thing I do give it credit for is the ability to separate eyelashes. It didn't clump much.

Pro: Didn't clump too much, pretty good ar separating eyelashes
Cons: Dry, didn't notice difference in my eyelashes length wise.

Overall:  I would not purchase this again. It didn't work for me. I was hoping the Argan oil would moistures the eyelashes and help them grow perhaps but it was pretty dry. Only good thing is it kinda separated the eyelashes . Price was about $10.

Fave pre workout

By far my favorite pre workout suppliment yet. Tastes great!  I mix it with blue gatorade!

Ab roller review

I purchased this a few weeks ago from Target for 39.99. This is supposed to be like a 3   in 1 machine. It is for abs..shoulders and arms.It came with a cd that had a few exercises on it and ofcourse instructions on how to set it up. It was missing 2 screws  so I had to look around the house to try to find one that worked. Luckily my dad had some spare ones and we were able to set it up. I used it for less than 2 weeks and decided to return it because it was hurting my neck and back and I didn't find it too sterdy for other exercises. That plastic support that went at the bottom just wasn't doing it for me. I was afraid that it would break and I would fall on my face when doing the dip.
My first impressions:
Pros:
*3 in 1 gives you a good variety of diffrent exercises and muscle groups
*pretty affordable
*easy to set up
*comes with an exercise cd

Cons:
*head rest was too small and it started to hurt my neck
*it wasn't sturdy enough for me to do other exercises
*didn't like the fact that screws were already missing. I am assuming someone returned it and forgot to return the screws with it

All in all..it was an ok product ,it just was not for me because my neck started hurting and I found it unstable and wabbly and was afraid to do other exercises because I kept thinking it might break.  Do you guys have any experience with ut. What are your thoughts?

No No-razor REVIEW

I got this for my b-day as a present from my mom! Not sure exactly how much it was since it was a b-day present. I tried using it and so far not too pleased with it. It does say give it time, so I will just do that. You have to charge it for at least 5 hrs before using it the first time. There are 3 heat settings, low, medium and high. When you first use it, it might smell like burnt hair. It comes with two attachments (one for smaller areas of the body like facial hair and bigger for legs and such. So far I find that it's hard to remove bikini area hairs and armpit hair, however it's been pretty good so far on larger areas such as legs. It says to give it 45 days so I will definitely do a follow up. ----------------------------------------------------------------- If you plan to use this or any other material from my site, please contact me before you share anything from here, and please read my content policy.THANKS!

Hot Tools 2" Curling Iron Review

So my curling iron arrived a few weeks ago, but I didn't really have chance to use it for a while to actually test it out properly so that's why I didn't do my review right away. Now that I've used it a few times I can actually write a review on it. I've been looking for a bigger size curling iron and I found one in a beauty supply store but they wanted 110$. So I went shopping online and I purchased this through iron experts. It came to around $70. I must say I was pretty disappointed. It does not heat up fast and even when it does, I don't think it even reaches 430F. With all my other curling irons or even flat irons at 430F my hair would just burn and be so damaged but this doesn't even produce a curl. I tried using it on freshly washed hair, I tried using it with hair spray, I also tried not washing my hair for 3 days just to see if that would make a difference but it didn't. The only thing it works good on is the bangs, if you want to style it side ways. Overall, pretty disappointed with this particular product. I did try to return it and exchange it but they require it to be in original package and I just had the purple small box it came in but not the plastic cover that goes on top of it and then they wanted $5 for the plastic cover, and shipping would've cost me anywhere from 30-40$ so it was not even worth for me to send it back.Even though I am disappointed and did not end up sending it back, the people at flat iron experts were friendly and returned my call fast so thumbs up for that. Quick Review Pros -Pretty good price -Shipped fast -Return/Exchange available within 30 days of purchase Cons -Does not heat up fast -Does not seem to heat up to 430F -Hard to hold/heavy -Does not really produce curls even with hairspray Overall Disappointed in this particular product. I feel like it does not heat up to advertised temperature, and it does not create any curls. I tried using it with my extensions to try to create loose curls but that did not work. Maybe it's just best for people with short hair with layers who just want to flip their hair out. I heard good things about hot tools but this particular product pretty much sucks! I am not sure if I am going to be trying any of their other product..maybe one more time but with a smaller size curling iron, and maybe a different series.

Ordered Hot Tools 2" curling iron

Just ordered my Hot Tools 2" curling iron from flat iron experts. I went to a beauty supply store and they wanted $105 plus tax, and I got mine under $70 with free shipping. Can't wait to try it out..I only found a few reviews on this particular curling iron, but based on the reviews everyone seems satisfied..hopefully I will be one of those satisfied customers. I'd love to review KQC straightner, heard so many good things about it. For business inquiries please e-mail me at xoxlelajelenaxox@gmail.com

Ion Titanium 1 1/2 PRO Curling Iron Review

Recently I purchased Ion Titanium 1 1/2 PRO Curling Iron from Sallys and I am not too impressed. I have their straightner and I absolutely love it but not too impressed with the curling iron. Here are some pros and cons Pro: -Fairly cheap $49.99 -Heats up to 430F -Long Cord -Insulated tip but not thumbrest (which is a con for me) -Ceramic -Auto shut off after 60 minutes -Heats up fast Cons: -You have to keep it in your hair longer than 20 sec to see any results (or at least I did) -Curls do not last long -Though the tip and thumb rest are insulated and are supposed to protect from the heat only the tip does, and the thumb rest does not protect form heat Although this curling iron has a lot of great features, it is not for me. It did not produce the curls I wanted and it took a really long time to get any curls. I had to keep re-doing it over and over again. The heat settings are a little bit confusing at first because it goes from 180, 300 and then 430 but there is also I, II, III on it and you have it line it up. I also did not like the fact that the thumb rest is not insulated..it states it is but it is not. Heat penetrates through it and it gets really hot to the point where it is uncomfortable to hold. It did not work for me, however it might work for someone else. I did like the fact that it has auto shut off after 60 minutes because if you are in a rush and forget to turn it off it will automatically shut off, and the long cord is a bonus.
It does have some good features.

Coconut milk by organix

Coconut milk by Organix

I purchased this about 2-3 months ago at a local drug mart for $6.99. I use it after I straighten my hair to smooth away the frizz and to leave my hair shiny. You only need a very small amount because it will leave your hair greasy if you put too much. A small (pea size) is enough and then just rub it all over your hair, focusing mostly on the ends.

It contains keratin proteins that repair dry/damaged hair. As you can see I really do like this product since it is almost empty. I use it after my shower and when I straighten my hair and I love the way it makes my hair feel after. Love this product.

new fave mascara and lipstick

I recently purchased this lipstick and the mascara and they are my two new fave products of last month.
Mascara- Rimmel -Scandaleyes-black 001 really lifts those eyelashes and curls them because the wand is shaped to curl your eyelashes and to lift them up. Most of my mascaras would dry up within a week or two but this one lasted for a while now and is still going strong. It cost me $6.99 because it was on sale and I thought I'd try it and I fell in love.
The lipstick is by Revlon and it's # 055  "Cupcake". It is such a nice pink color. I love my pink/nude lipstick :) huge fan.
The lipstick came to $ 5.99 and I believe it was  originally about $7.99.

Update/Review for "Smoke" Tanning lotion

I purchased Smoke tanning lotion not to long ago and as promised here is an update on it.

I am finally seeing a difference in my tans. I do switch up my tanning routine though, so it could be the different beds plus the lotion that is making the difference. This tanning lotion is white in color but don't let it fool you. I noticed results second time I went and at that time I was just doing 15 minutes in regular bed. If you do not rub it in well you may see some streaking marks but those can be removed with a little bit of water mixed with lemon juice. This lotion smells pretty good too.Depending where you get it, it runs from $40-90.Overall,I am happy with it. It is giving me the results I wanted, it smells good, it is decent price (again depending where you get it it runs about the same as other good lotions).

So next time u guys go tanning don't forget to shower before you go, and then apply the lotion. This way the color will last longer, but if you shower right after your tanning session the color will fade. Don't forget to switch up your routine. Try to go every other day or at 2x a week depending on your color and switch up the tanning beds.

Broadway nails-fashion express UPDATE/REVIEW

I bought these fake nails recently and I said I'd write a review when I put them on so here it is..

Cost:$7 Canadian @ Walmart

Pros:
Cute design
Natural looking
Fairly easy to apply
Pretty affordable
24 nails to chose from(different sizes)

Cons
Does not come with glue! You have to purchase your own
Do not last too long compared vs getting your nail done at the salon

Overall..
I liked these nails. I really liked the design. They color of the nails also goes well with skin compared to some nails where you can just tell they are totally fake. The only downfall to this particular purchase is that it does not come with glue. I had to purchase nail glue today and it came to $2. Overall, I'd purchase it again and I do recommend this product if you are looking to buy fake nails. Ofcourse getting nails done is better because they last longer and it looks more natural but it's also more damaging to nails compared to this.
Enjoy

Broadway nails-fashion express

I just purchased these yesterday at Walmart (they were about $7 canadian) and I'm going to do a review soon. I really like the design so I thought I'd try it out since I haven't had fake nails in a long time! I usually just grow mine out and do a design on them but now they are short so I'll try it and let you know how I like it.
