QUO- eye make-up remover

I bought this remover a few months ago, but I totally forgot to upload these pics and to do a review.
I bought it from shoppers for $8 it was on sale.(usually around $10 something)

Pro's
-Pretty cheap
-Very gentle for your eyes
-No inoffensive smell
-Works good, but might have to use it 2-3 times though but it works

Con's
It says its non-greasy but it feels oily
- does not last long
-the opening hole is too big, so be careful because it will disappear fast and just soak your cotton ball

Would I recommend it?
Yes, its something you could try out. I'd recommend waiting for the sale. It's great for someone with sensitive eyes/skin
This stuff is really gentle on your eyes, but again, it does not last long. If you want something that will last you a really long time then I suggest you get something else. It's worth trying out though.

If you are almost out of your favorite lipstick don't throw it out! Use your lip brush and scoop it out! (If you do not have a lip brush, you can always use a q-tip.

Almost out of toothpaste? Place the toothpaste tube in a cup of hot water for one minute and then squeeze it out. You can always squeeze it all out or just cut the tube, so you can reach the last part of the tube.
One study indicates that those "empty" tubes are actually 13% full.
You can always purchase a $3 toothpaste squeezer.

Thick Honey / molasses? Put the jar into a hot-water bath to make the inside more liquidy, and it will flow out very nicely.

If you are low on lotion use your scissors and cut of the bottom, then just scoop out the lotion and voila!

Here are some tips if you have oily skin

1. Washing your face in lime water will leave the skin dry.

2. Take two to three ice cubes ,put it in a small cloth and rub the cloth in your face. This will give freshness and removes extra oil from our face.

3. Avoid consuming more oily foods.

4. Applying rose water with ice water controls the oiliness in face.

5. Drinking lot of water will help a lot for oily skin.

6. For oily skin we can mix gram flour, curd and tomato juice to make a pack ,apply it in face for 10 minutes. After it get dries out wash in warm water.

Updates

First off, I want to appologize for lack of updates. I've been very busy with school and countless doctor's visits. If you are one of my followers or earlier readers you may know I've been going through some rough times especially with my health. I've been diagnosed with psoriasis, and then severe psoriatic arthrits that's crippling my joints. All that really stressed me out and then school on top of that and breakup with my bf/fiancee of almost 5 yrs so it all really had a big impact on my life. After the break up everything went downhill starting with my health. It all took a big toll on my health and my life. After going in and out of doctor's office trying to establish what's wrong I was just slowly falling apart. Seemed like it was one thing after another. Then I kept having severe gallbladder attacks, and doctors did not even know what it was. I've had gallbladder attacks for 7 yrs and I even ended up in the emergency 3 times and they just sent me home. After going to many doctors I finally found one that actually did all the proper tests and he scheduled me to have a surgery, but in the meanwhile I had 4 attacks in 2 months and all lasted about 13 hrs which is not normal and again the hospital just sent me home. My surgeon was shocked that doctors couldnt establish what was wrong and properly diagnose me because he said I could've died if I did not have an emergency surgery. How crazy is that? Finding all that stuff out at 22/23.
I sorta became depressed because I felt like my world was falling apart. I quit my job and went back to school, we broke up after almost 5 yrs, then I kept having attacks and getting diagnosed with things plus school on top of that..it was just too much. The treatment options for my condition here are just ridicilous to me. They keep telling me try one thing then try another now try this and that, and nothing works. Stuff they want to put me on costs $1,500 without coverage and its something I definitely cannot afford, I don't know who can afford to pay that amount per month per injection. My options include remicade and metotraxate and are all really powerful immune suppers ants. I am afraid to start them because now that my gallbladder is gone I only have my liver and don't really want to jeopardize it. Plus, they want me to start some pills for 9 months, then metotraxate for another 9 months and after that start remicade. Maybe if I become a millionaire I could afford this until then I guess I should slowly die on my own lol (just kidding). It just seems like it's never ending. I've been experiencing other issues now and I just got back from doctors office now, and I'm going to have to go again Friday to turn to figure out what's wrong. It's never ending, but I'm not going to give up. I've been trying some herbal pills hopefully that will help with inflammation or with pain. My joints are constantly swollen. There is times when I can't use my hands/fingers. Not to mention times when I cannot get up of the bed without taking pills(especially with the weather change.
I know this is a long post, and I don't want to bore anyone, I just felt like I should let you guys know as to why I don't update as much. There's times when I feel so down because this is affecting me both physically and emotionally as well. I feel like I let myself go. I gained so much weight, I cut my hair and bangs and from dying it so many times I damanged it so it's taking forever for it to grow. I'm just not myself but I really want to try to fix things. Hope you all understand. I'm going to try to post more.
xoxo

Tips for achieving a perfact "fake tan"

This is good for either self tanners or applying tanning lotions before tanning
*Shower and exfoliate your skin before applying the lotion
*If you have sauna you can use that-it works great because it opens up your pores, so it soaks up the lotion after.
*Moisturize it and then apply the tanning lotion.
*Rub in the lotion very well with circular motion
*Wash your hands

-If there are some bad streaks use the following tip:

On a small cotton ball/pad pour small amount of water, two squirts of lemon juice and a small dab of baking soda, and gently rub it on the streaked area. It will make the streaks a lot lighter, or if you want it completely gone you will have to keep rubbing it for a while, or add more lemon juice.

I will be uploading videos soon, since last time I uploaded a video was around 3 yrs ago..lol..long time ago
Hope everyone has a nice evening

Just say yes (self tanner) + Tinted love review

Lena from Designer Skin was kind enough and sent me "Just say Yes" (self tanner with mega bronzer) and "Tinted Love" (daily moisturizer) for a review.( I was not paid to write this review)
As soon as I received it in the mail I was so eager to try it. I applied the self tanner first on my hand and waited a few minutes and I did not see any result. This product takes a while to start showing but results are awesome and it does not turn your skin orange or leave that bad smell like most self tanners. It actually smells pretty nice =)
I let my boyfriend try it (he's pretty pale and burns easily, so this works out well for him or anyone who burns easily and does not want to go tanning)
He fell in love it and he is bugging me to use it now lol.
Here's a picture of me applying a small portion on my hand.

p.s don't mind my hand lol I have arthritis that makes my joints swell up :(

PLEASE NOTE:
Later I will do my whole body so you can see the effect of this self tanner. (I will keep you updated on how its working when you keep re-applying it)

Pros:
-Cheaper than tanning
(considering you have to get a good quality lotion, pay for minutes and drive there)
-great for people who burn easily ( can avoid painful visits to tanning salons) and at the same time great an amazing tan
-smells great (fresh passion berry)
-Does not wash out like most self tanners/tans
-Awesome if you need a quick tan for a wedding or any other event (compared to tanning where you might have to go a few times to accomplish same results
-You can re-apply it to achieve darker tan (but should wait a few hrs in between)

Cons
-Really have to rub it in well! You should start out with small amount of lotion and really rub it well with circular motion.
-You don't get results immediately. I used some self tanners where you get results immediately but they wash out right away as well. This self tanner may take a few hrs to a day to see results (perhaps depending on skin? I'm not too sure because I just started using it)

Over all:
Great product ! This product is great for anyone especially for those who need a quick tan or for individuals who burn easily and avoid tanning beds. Please note that it does take a while for the tan to start showing up (anywhere from a few hrs to maybe a day at most) For me it took about 4-5 hrs but the next day my hand was really dark. Once you see the results you can then decide whether or not you want to apply more for an even darker tan. It does not turn your skin orange or leave a bad smell like some other self tanners !It smells awesome and works great!
Price: $27 4.5oz Bottle

This particular product is offered in tanning salons only! For more tanning products visit their site www.designerskin.com
